BEATLINK is seeking qualified local promoters and business partners for Jiyeon’s solo fan meetings in venues with a capacity of approximately 500–1,000 seats.

KEY TERMS FOR DISCUSSION

Performance and Project Fee
The commercial proposal will cover the artist fee, traveling staff costs, relevant production expenses and agency commission. Final terms will reflect the city, venue, program, fan benefits and additional activities.

Airfare
Round-trip airfare provided by the local promoter: 3 business-class seats and 5 economy-class seats.

Airport Assistance
Fast-track immigration service for 3 key members, with secure arrival and departure routes.

Local Transportation
Dedicated vehicles between the airport, hotel, venue and official event locations.

Accommodation
Five-star international chain hotel with appropriate security and privacy. Final rooming list to be provided by the artist’s representatives.

Meals and Catering
Meals throughout the official schedule and backstage catering on the event day.

Interpretation
Professional interpretation for artist and management support, rehearsals, stage operations and on-site coordination.

Venue and Local Production
The local promoter will manage venue rental, permits, stage, sound, lighting, LED systems, local personnel, security, ticketing, marketing, fan-benefit production, dressing rooms and supporting facilities.
