SECRET debuted in 2009 and became one of the leading acts of the golden age of second-generation girl groups, and one of the defining K-pop groups of the 2010s. Within a year of their debut they scored back-to-back hits with “Magic” and “Madonna,” and in 2011 “Shy Boy” earned them their first No. 1 on a music show. From powerful performances to bright retro pop, they carried every concept they took on, and are regarded as an early model of today’s “all-rounder” group.

Fifteen years on, in 2026, SECRET has returned as a trio: original members Jun Hyo Seong and ZINGER, joined by new member YEBIN. Rather than resting on past glory, the group is showing both the strength SECRET is known for and a new direction.
